[edit]It is incorrect to say Le Corbusiers houses in Stuttgart were pure white, they used a variety of colours, green, blue, brown, though far more subtle than Taut, of course. Le Corbusier used colours to emphasise form, rather than Taut who used them for other reasons. Sionk (talk) 18:07, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
Copyediting
[edit]I attempted some copyediting and slight re-structuring. Someone apparently entered some information from Turkish sources which I tried to incorporate (and grammar/spell check) best as I could without any knowledge about the topic at hand. I hope it helped. The citations and sources are still a mess though...SpookyFM (talk) 10:07, 15 July 2014 (UTC)
- To be honest I preferred the previous wording, overall. Though obviously requesting inline citations for quotes is a good idea. If you've no knowledge of the subject I don't see how you can change "received training in" to "came in contact with", for example. I'm not sure why you removed the sourced penultimate paragraph either. Sionk (talk) 15:35, 15 July 2014 (UTC)

Jewishness
[edit]Taut was said to be Jewish since around 2020 in Turkish media. I found this link saying he was neither Jewish nor of Jewish heritage: https://archiv.pressestelle.tu-berlin.de/doku/200jahre/ausstellung/2.etage/flure/nr.20/nr20.8a.htm — Preceding unsigned comment added by 211.48.164.1 (talk) 15:54, 26 January 2022 (UTC)
