Here are the issues I found:

The first paragraph of the lead feels a but hard to read due to overuse of the word and (i'm seeing about twice per sentence). Try and trim that down.
"It was completed in 1858, from the design by Ammi B. Young, the Bristol Customshouse and Post Office is a two-story rectangular Italian palazzo style brick building that rests upon a raised granite base" I feel like it's missing a word or a sentence break somewhere. Also remove the first comma.
"The front facade is made of deep red brick that is has three large" rm is.
"which shows pedimented dormer in the" dormers; linking might help for that phrase as well.
