Actual floor count record
[edit]The building seems to have 88 or 89 actual Floors. Of course floor 13 is omitted, and the lobby looks to be a tall two stories not a short three stories so that would be 88 actual floors. Usually the skyscraper Center gets it right not going by marketing numbers which can be a dozen floors over the real count in some cases like in Central Park Tower. Anyway this Tower might be the tallest in the world that conforms to the only 10 ft per floor ratio that most skyscrapers don't because they either have high ceilings or thick floor levels for mechanical stuff.
