City ?

The article appears to be an about an Italian air attack on an American oil refinery. Not sure why it has battle categories it appears to be just an air raid, no indication other forces were involved. It also has a Second World War city bombing nav box when I suspect it wasnt a city and if it was was the Oil Refinary within the city? rather than just remove them I will wait for comment, thanks.
