List of Winners

[edit]

2014 - Doesn't Genie get a shout out as the first Canadian to reach a Grand Slam final, similar to the Lionel Conacher Award for Milos in the same year? SquashEngineer (talk) 18:54, 8 December 2017 (UTC).[reply]

Suggested pictures - There seems to be room on the side for additional pictures - surely a shot of Genie and Penny are warranted.

Winners by Sport

[edit]

A breakout table of Winners by Sport would be helpful (similar to the Lou Marsh Trophy). SquashEngineer (talk) 18:59, 8 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Missing 1951 winner

[edit]

While some modern lists have marked "no winner" for 1951, newspaper reports from 1952 and 1953 reference Marlene Streit as the 1951 winner (ie, back-to-back winner in 1952, three-time winner in 1953). A newspaper source from December 1951 or January 1952 should be added to this story.

Also some modern lists have marked 1933 as the first winner, but the 1933 newspaper report references a 1932 winner and the 1932 newspaper indeed credit Hilda Strike as the 1932 winner. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rscott187 (talkcontribs) 02:12, 17 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
