Spelling issue in title

I'm not sure if this will help resolve the issue with the title, but the word is properly spelled "restaurateur" (not "restauranteur"). Alansohn 21:11, 25 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If the argument is about the spelling, the drastically preferred version is "restaurateur" (not "restauranteur"). You may want to take a look at "Bob Evans, 89, Restaurateur With Chain Built on Sausage, Dies", an obituary of Bob Evans from The New York Times, that uses "Restaurateur" in the title. A Google News Archive search with the "N" finds 4,680 articles; the same Google News Archive search without the "N" in the word brings up 110,000 articles. The word "restauranteur" may exist as a non-preferred spelling, but there's no reason it should be used here. Alansohn 22:44, 25 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

To Mr Bob Evans, I eat at Mimi's almost every day , You had a G.M. by the name of Terry working for you , Which had been transferred to a different state, Then came Frederick another G.M. which was as good as Terry , He left to work at Lazy Dog Cafe in T.O Ca. NASDAQ

In 1963, Bob Evans Farms Inc. was listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange with an original issue of 160,000 shares.

Restaurant coverage

I'm sorry for my quick reversion. User:Johnpacklambert has correctly deleted a passage about a layoff, which while cited to CBS news turned out to be routine business coverage reiterating a press release and an SEC filing.
