Propose this article split from currency

Blockchain does not imply currency, it is a single use of the technology.

Removal, rewrite or relocation of this articles sections specific to currency are in order to favor of a more generic article. The Non-crypto_Public_Chain does not exist nor should it. Growing lists of records
