[edit]- Hi everyone!
- I just wanted to tell you that the reason I deleted the deletion tag was because I wasn't finished adding information to the article. It is rather difficult to write it out completely when my laptop could crash at any given moment in the day. (It was funny how one day it crashed eight times within one hour's time!) ...I could fix my laptop, but I have way too many applications and softwares downloaded that it would be to much trouble to re-download them; instead, I save the article as I go along and update it constantly within one hour's time. :)
- Thank you! — Preceding unsigned comment added by AdorableFluttershy (talk • contribs) 09:53, 6 April 2013 (UTC)
- Sorry, i didn`t see you haven`t finished the article. In that situation you can use {{inuse}} or {{Under construction}} templates. Than we can see that this article is being edited. --DJ EV (talk) 11:46, 8 April 2013 (UTC)

Notability? Merge?
[edit]I have serious doubts that the subject has enough in depth coverage from reliable secondary sources to ring the WP:N bell. To the extent that it has garnered coverage it has been mostly regional or local and almost entirely centered on the tree's death. This raises WP:1E issues. At the moment it looks like this article is unlikely to become much more than a glorified stub. Perhaps it should be merged into Gifford Pinchot National Forest. Thoughts? -Ad Orientem (talk) 21:27, 26 November 2016 (UTC)
- It is notable because of the tree's size. This article's text could be expanded using the existing sources. But that can be done if it is merged. Where it winds up makes no difference to me. I can't speak for the other contributors. 7&6=thirteen (☎) 02:15, 27 November 2016 (UTC)
