The article is almost ready to be a Good Article. It needs two things that I can see right away: (1) A copyedit, and (2) a more neutral tone. It is obvious that some of the contributors to the article are fans of BIGBANG, and that's okay, but some of the words that hype the band or those associated with them need to be removed. For example "world-class choreographer" should just be "choreographer." If you don't feel comfortable to copyedit the article yourself, you may request a copyedit at Wikipedia:WikiProject_Guild_of_Copy_Editors/Requests. ɳorɑfʈ Talk! 13:50, 9 April 2010 (UTC)
- Took out the part that the Editor suggested (such as the "world class choreographer"). A request for the article to undergo copy-edits was also requested for at the Wikipedia:WikiProject_Guild_of_Copy_Editors/Requests. AhnSoonKyung (talk) 07:21, 10 April 2010 (UTC)
- On hold until copyedit complete. ɳorɑfʈ Talk! 02:55, 11 April 2010 (UTC)
- Which section do you consider needs the most copyediting work and which sections are fine? + TNW 20:35, 14 April 2010 (UTC)
- I see either awkward phrasing, stylistic problems, or usage errors in every section, and the lede. However, it isn't particularly heavy copyediting that is needed. Most sections just have a couple issues or errors. Also, though, I just noticed that the Awards section just has a link to the main article. A summary of at least a paragraph also needs to be included. ɳorɑfʈ Talk! 03:32, 15 April 2010 (UTC)
- Most page do just have a link to their award page, such as Ayumi Hamasaki and Beyoncé Knowles. 75.72.105.60 (talk) 00:29, 18 April 2010 (UTC)
- Why do I feel like there are 300,000 Koreans waiting for this article to be promoted? hahaha. Anyway, Ayumi Hamasaki doesn't have an Awards section with just one line that says to see the awards page. She has a "see also" section with three different links. Something like that would also be acceptable here. What I object to is a section with no information in it. If there is going to be an awards section, you should have a summary paragraph. ɳorɑfʈ Talk! 11:34, 18 April 2010 (UTC)
- Done, Just waiting for the Copyediting Guild to respond to the request. There are probably a lot of ip's that want this article to be promoted :) + TNW 15:02, 18 April 2010 (UTC)
- Its been quite a while. I'll pull some strings over there and see if I can't get someone to do it this weekend. ɳorɑfʈ Talk! 09:30, 23 April 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks to Torchiest, I think the copyediting has been done. Is there anything else that would need to be improved or fixed? + TNW 12:03, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
