American College of Sciences

I find no record of any "American College of Sciences" in Rochester, NY. I do, however, find references to a mail-order diploma bill by the same name operating out of newspaper classifieds. Given that the only "source" provided for these academic credentials is in the preface to a book by the subject of the article himself, how do we feel about keeping this assertion here? --Dan131m (talk) 03:39, 8 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Renaming article to remove honorifics?

I'm not an expert on Indian conventions, but isn't most of this article's current title, Jagadguru Swami Sri Bharati Krishna Tirthaji Maharaja, just titles and honorifics? What portions of that are the man's actual name? MatthewVanitas (talk) 11:38, 7 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Given the lack of objections, and that a search on GoogleBooks shows many, many mentions referring to him as Bharati Krishna Tirthaji, I have moved the article to that title and bolded only that portion of the lede.MatthewVanitas (talk) 09:42, 6 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

His formal (non-devotional) name is "Swāmī Bhāratī Krsna Tīrtha". His formal (non-devotional) ecclesiastical title is "Jagadguru Sankarācārya". The honorifics used by his devotees and this article are "Srī", "jī", and "Mahārāj".Oliver Puertogallera (talk) 14:30, 14 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
