I'll review this. Mike Christie (talk - contribs - library) 13:50, 8 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Not a requirement for GA, but [1] is a dead link; you may wish to fix it.
  • Earwig detects some copyvio from a youtube page, but it's clear from the formatting that that page simply pastes in this article, so there is no problem.
  • Generally the prose needs some work; I'm still reading through but there are some phrases that are either unnecessarily wordy ("With the support of her college friends, she applied to an acting competition called Türkiye'nin Yıldızları in which she became the first runner-up" would be better as "She was the runner-up in an acting competion, Türkiye'nin Yıldızları", which is short enough to be joined to the next sentence) or erratic in some way ("both graduates of sports academy" -- looks like it's missing a word; "falls in a forbidden love", "also reached great popularity in Egypt", "for making adaptations" -- these aren't very natural phrases and are jarring to read). GA only requires that the prose be clear and concise, but this needs a copyedit pass before it is either of those things.
  • There's an uncited sentence at the end of the "2013-present" section.

I'm going to stop the review here, since a copyedit would require me to reread the article in any case. I have not yet looked at the sources for reliability. I'll place this on hold and return to follow up once there has been a copyedit pass. Mike Christie (talk - contribs - library) 14:07, 8 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hey @Mike Christie: I'm sorry, I believe that this article isn't ready for GA status so can you close the review, please? I'm in university I haven't had much time recently. Once I have more time I'll re-write this article. Thank you for reviewing. Diogatari (talk) 15:56, 8 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
OK, I'll go ahead and fail it. Sorry you had to wait so long for the review. Mike Christie (talk - contribs - library) 16:00, 8 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Nope, it's okay! :) Diogatari (talk) 16:02, 8 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I think next time it will be a good idea to notify me as well, since I'm the person who expanded the article back in 2015 and I think I can help in turning it into a good article. :) Keivan.fTalk 23:24, 22 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
