This article joined two awards as if one, with the 1st sect only discussing the award est'd in 2007, and the 2nd sect only listing recipients of the earlier est one. I've added this for clarification: Prior to the establishment of The Benjamin Franklin Award for Public Diplomacy in 2007,[2] The Benjamin Franklin Award for Outstanding Diplomatic Service was established in 1992,[3] Cheers! 66.78.104.49 (talk) 20:47, 3 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
