Bangalore City Police → Bengaluru City Police – This is much more uncontroversial than the Bengaluru move recently performed, and Bengaluru City Police is very straightforwardly the common name. e.g. The Hindu, the Indian Express, Deccan Herald, The New Indian Express. regards, TryKid [dubious – discuss] 15:05, 27 November 2024 (UTC)
- Support - Per WP:CONSISTENT (with the city), as well as the title "Bengaluru City Police" in quotes has more hits in Google in the last 10 years as compared to "Bangalore City Police". - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 19:08, 27 November 2024 (UTC)
- Support For consistency with the main article moved by consensus. Also the actual name used by the organisation and the common name in reliable sources. AusLondonder (talk) 20:30, 28 November 2024 (UTC)
- Support, as the main page has changed from Bangalore to Bengaluru recently. - Herodyswaroop (talk) 09:23, 29 November 2024 (UTC)
- Support, as per original request. Also, the official and more common name is Bengaluru City Police. Macrobreed2 (talk) 06:19, 30 November 2024 (UTC)
