Guadalcanal

Although they obviously can't be included in the official fighting portion of this account, I know the Seabees (including my father) were there? Any info around re this? Vetkid (talk) 20:19, 7 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Order of battle

The lede does not tell what the article is about. At first it appears to be about the Battle of Guadalcanal. It is actually about the Order of battle. A reader like me should not have to spend 20 minutes to understand the difference between Guadalcanal campaign and Battle of Guadalcanal order of battle.
