The article looks great, so I'm going to pass it to GA status. I had one minor question regarding formatting, but it's not enough to hold up the GA nomination over. Congrats and keep up the good work! Dana boomer (talk) 17:56, 3 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, thanks! I usually bold operation names so that they're seen more clearly. Skinny87 (talk) 18:06, 3 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Wrong dates?

[edit]

Heya! I was digging thru some of my great grandmothers old things and came across a photo with my great grandfather. He was in the Indian 44th division and the text at the bottom of the photo says.

“The capture of the Elephant Point defences at the mouth of the Rangoon river by units of the 2nd (then 44th) Indian airborne division: 6th May 1945

The dates on the wiki all point to May 1st could this be in error? 2A00:23C6:6F0D:8601:601D:660:23B3:45AB (talk) 22:00, 29 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
