[edit]This article's reference (no. 2) is outdated and its source cannot be verified. It is well-written in the tone of a historical recount, but some of the information regarding the participating regiments in the battle are slightly misleading. The role of the Japanese 18th Division, as well as the 2 Indian Brigades, is not mentioned in the article. The defenders' viewpoint seems to be underrepresented, as they are described to be poorly-equipped and no plan of defence is highlighted, whereas the article focuses on the Japanese Forces' mode of advancement.
