possible copyright issue

Hey, i'm glad to see expansion of the article using the NRHP nomination document material, but there is now possibly some copyright issue with the added material, as there is now a copyright statement added into the article. I'm pretty sure something needs to be changed; either Wikipedia can't accept the contribution or the contribution needs to be made without restrictions, i am pretty sure. I opened discussion at User talk:Bonesct#Bassickville Historic District. Please check there first but it is also okay to discuss here.
