Clock, Kendall & Cook's Chronometer
[edit]A copy of Harrison's 1736 clock, H1, made by Larcum Kendall, travelled with Captain Cook on his Pacific voyages.
This is utterly false. Kendall made a copy oh H4 circa 1759. K1 was completed in 1769.
From another website: Cook's Chronometer, K1, the first copy of H4, by Larcum Kendall of London, 1769. National Maritime Museum, London 76.189.183.35 19:00, 31 March 2007 (UTC)
