Restoring the page

I don't think this should have been blanked without discussion. The various Barbies in Toy Story 2 are at least as relevant as any other character appearing in only one movie. She also has a specific backstory to her inclusion that I feel justifes the article. If anyone really feels it doesn't belong, feel free to nominate if for deletion to establish concensus.
