You may be right. I wrote this article based on my experiences on a humanitarian visit I took a decade or so ago. Details were recorded in a log I kept, and may be out of date, due to the changing nature of social, economic, and political changes that occur within our world. It is safe to assume that cassava is a staple food, since it is well-known that the majority of Africans enjoy Cassava mainly in their diet. --Rowah 16:54, 30 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Is anyone familiar with the staple food in bouake? When I was there I thought it was casava, but in the article it mentions yams. I have written one of my friends who is Baoule himself to find out.

In the Art section, it says metal twice. I don't know how this should be changed but it should be. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.97.39.123 (talk) 20:18, 26 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Author, I believe the day names are all wrong, they have all moved by one day. I live in Ghana and the day names are very similar (also Akan). Please see this Wiki page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ghanaian_name

Sunday = Kwasi - Esi Monday = Kwadwo - Adwoa Tuesday = Kwabena - Abena Wednesday = Kwaku - Akua Thursday = Yao - Yaa, Aba Friday = Kofi - Afua Saturday = Kwame - Ama — Preceding unsigned comment added by 197.251.176.197 (talk) 12:54, 8 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
