Comments
[edit]This is intended as a standalone page for Bail in England and Wales, breaking out from Bail - some content copied content from Bail; mainly from work by MKT92 but see that page's history for attribution MKT92 (talk)
- Anyone with expertise in Northern Irish bail provisions would be appreciated for the addition of a relevant section, otherwise I will do it in due course. MKT92 (talk) 18:03, 23 September 2021 (UTC)
Does not address Secretary of State bail for immigration detainees, which exists in the U.K. --24.9.18.161 (talk) 03:44, 5 March 2022 (UTC)
- I have now added this section MKT92 (talk) 13:00, 15 July 2022 (UTC)
Need for more references, secondary sources
[edit]The sections of this article that follow the history section are heavily reliant upon what appears to be original research supported by reference to primary sources. Those sections of the article would benefit from being supported with reference to an assortment of reliable secondary and tertiary sources. Arllaw (talk) 01:24, 8 November 2021 (UTC)
- Agreed. Nonetheless, as the AFC reviewer who accepted this I feel I should say that notability of the topic is apparent, and I believed this would be better improved in mainspace than as a languishing draft. — Bilorv (talk) 22:10, 8 November 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks, I have made some amends to include secondary sources ~~~ MKT92 (talk) 15:48, 9 November 2021 (UTC)
