Former district a sub-district??

I was just wondering, now that Baghlan District has been abosrbed into Baghlani Jadid District, does that make it a sub-district? For instance: jlog3000 (talk) 16:42, 15 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Baghlani Jadid district (new)

Baghlani Jadid sub-district (old Baghlani Jadid district)
Baghlan sub-district (former Baghlan district)
