Baby-Baby-Baby → Baby-Baby-Baby (TLC song) – A discussion is needed. The article was disambiguated months ago but then de-disambiguated recently. How does WP:SMALLDETAILS (which had not been discussed) apply? Also, if choosing the title for the TLC song is not easy, which any of criteria shall apply? Is the current title helpful to most readers? Also, which method of disambiguation shall be used? I have no strong opinions about this, but the "readers come first" principle must apply before something like that happens again. George Ho (talk) 00:35, 26 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Comment the question here is "do hyphens consistently distinguish TLC's song from the other Baby, Baby, Baby songs?" Jet Magazine has "Baby Baby Baby" for TLC song. Likewises Bruce Pollock's Rock Song Index has "Baby Baby Baby" for TLC song. Likewise Frank Casto The Frankster & Co, Party to Go - DJ & Karaoke, James Walker The Business of Urban Music. Roni Sang Third Coast: Outkast, Timbaland, and How Hip-Hop Became a Southern Thing. William Perkins Droppin' Science: Critical Essays on Rap Music and Hip Hop Culture. Jermaine Dupri Young, Rich, and Dangerous: The Making of a Music Mogul. And so on The Battered Suitcase Autumn 2009 etc. That's not all the print sources of course, that's about 60-70% which don't have the hyphens. Even if it was 10% it would still fail consistent use. Conclusion: hyphens are not enough to consistently distinguish TLC's song from the other Baby, Baby, Baby songs. In ictu oculi (talk) 09:07, 26 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose. The only viable question here is whether other articles use the exact title "Baby-Baby-Baby" with the dashes.
