Marimba Acquisition Price
[edit]The price for which Marimba was acquired by BMC Software is $187 million according to this article. The linked source states it to be $239 million.
- This source says "The transaction reflects a purchase price of approximately $239 million. After adjusting for Marimba’s expected net cash balance, as of March 31, 2004, the net purchase price is approximately $187 million." That explains the discrepancy but I don't know how to properly update the article. HalJor (talk) 18:01, 25 June 2022 (UTC)
