Is there a source for this? The French page has nothing about it, and I can't find anything online, in English or French, to suggest that Marlohe has any Asian ancestry. LANTZYTALK21:26, 4 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not sure that the info is correct, looking at her pictures she does not look asian. I think the info should be removed until a source can be found.Millertime246 (talk) 21:30, 4 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I've removed it. All the Asian/Vietnamese stuff was added by a single anonymous IP. I think that this contributor may have been influenced by earlier rumors that a Chinese actress was going to be cast, assumed that Marlohe must be some sort of Asian, and decided that a French-Vietnamese connection was plausible enough. Looking around the web, I can find no suggestion, let alone evidence, that Marlohe has Vietnamese or other Asian ancestry. LANTZYTALK21:39, 4 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
She said in the French magazine Paris Match that her father is of Chinese-Cambodian descent (which seems likely to me considering her high cheek bones). I don't know if that magazine is reliable enough a source for you, though.
Sorry, I think she looks cross betweeen Asian and the other half, French. You have to look beyond the photos that sometimes have alttered results. Her facial features does show the oriental strain!!
