Name of coalition
[edit]I don't understand why the name "Autonomy Freedom Democracy" is wrong. The other pages of parties use the word "Freedom", not the word "Liberty". For a reason of consistency this page should be moved to Autonomy Freedom Democracy.--Maremmano (talk) 21:02, 16 May 2014 (UTC)
- Object - the current title is perfectly adequate, and is a straightforward translation of the native party name into English.--Autospark (talk) 00:13, 17 May 2014 (UTC)
- Why is "Liberté" translated into "Liberty" while "Libertà" is translated into "Freedom"? I don't understand the difference. I also report this page (Liberté, égalité, fraternité) in which "Liberté" is translated into "Freedom". Please answer--Maremmano (talk) 13:46, 17 May 2014 (UTC)
- I would leave the article where it is and I totally agree with Autospark. --Checco (talk) 11:41, 19 May 2014 (UTC)
- I don't understand yet why Checco and Autospark are against to move the page. What is the difference between Liberty and Freedom? I have explained my motivations (consistensy with other translations) but you haven't explained your opposition. An opposition has to been motivated, please!--Maremmano (talk) 20:12, 19 May 2014 (UTC)
- To paraphrase RJFF (see here) I think that "Liberty" is preferrable, because the acronym "ALD" is retained. Moreover, I do think there is no need to move a page when its name is not wrong and there are many links involved. --Checco (talk) 08:13, 20 May 2014 (UTC)
