[edit]This is a Norwegian Wikipedia featured article. There is quite a bit to translate and will take days (perhaps weeks). Others are most welcome to give it a go anytime I'm not working on it. Williamborg (Bill) 20:05, 13 February 2009 (UTC)

Error in the translation: The norwegian text (written by me) says that it is uncertain where the viking chief Skjegge was burried. This articles states however that "It is believed that Skjegghaugen (haugen from the Old Norse haugr meaning hill or mound) is the hill upon which a church was later built and the Austrått manor currently stands". There is no solid source to such a belief. --Orland (talk) 21:46, 27 August 2011 (UTC)
- Also, the hill where the church and the manor lies is solid rock, and can thus not be a burial mound. --Orland (talk) 11:53, 28 August 2011 (UTC)
Inconsistency: one person is referred to as both "Fru Inger" and "Fru Ingerd". I suspect either may be acceptable, but one should be chosen and kept throughout Jorvikian (talk) 21:29, 4 July 2014 (UTC)
