Based on User:Rockymeis's user page and their edit history, I suspect that they created this article for pay. At this point a few other editors have made significant contributions and accepted the article out of AfC, so I don't have any objection to them removing the template, but figured it was best to raise this issue in case it had slipped their notice, and because according to Who Wrote That Rockymeis is still responsible for 31% of the article's content. signed, Rosguilltalk23:40, 21 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
As a significant contributor to the article before it was accepted out of AfC, I am removing the template. I did not notice the potential issue with User:Rockymeis, and I appreciate you calling attention to it. Beccaynr (talk) 00:00, 22 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, my name is J'Mill and I work for 15 Percent Pledge. I noticed that the section in this article on the 15 Percent Pledge is very long relative to the rest of the article, and relates mostly to the organization rather than to the subject of this article, Aurora James. Since Aurora James and the 15 Percent Pledge are both notable in their own rights, with lots of significant coverage for each subject independently, I'd like to propose that the 15 Percent Pledge article be split into its own article, and the "The 15 Percent Pledge" section in this article be shortened accordingly.
I'm pinging Beccaynr, who was instrumental in building out the Aurora James article. I hope you can take a look at my userspace drafts and let me know if you think this is a reasonable suggestion. Thank you, J'Mill Wins (talk) 15:35, 18 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Hi J'Mill Wins, per WP:PAGEDECIDE and WP:NONPROFIT, I do think this is a reasonable suggestion, although I suggest keeping the information remaining in James' article more focused on her, e.g. the TIME magazine quotes about the origin of the 15 Percent Pledge, and perhaps the GQ magazine quotes from James. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you, Beccaynr (talk) 16:09, 18 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Beccaynr, thank you! I have some ideas for further improving these two articles, and I hope you won't mind me continuing to ping you in the future as I make new suggestions. J'Mill Wins (talk) 21:12, 25 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
