Additional sources / info to be added re service in Legislature

I'm working on another project and don't have time to edit this article right now, but thought someone else might eventually find it helpful that there is additional detail on the Washington legislature's bio page of her that could be added to the article. Though not mentioned in the article body, she did serve in the legislature as well as on the King County Council.
