This article is written in Hong Kong English, which has its own spelling conventions (colour, realise, travelled) and some terms that are used in it may be different or absent from other varieties of English. According to the relevant style guide, this should not be changed without broad consensus.
The article is clearly more than a stub so I have placed it in the 'start' category. Further areas of development are the format of the presentation ceremonies, and media coverage of the event including the broadcasting and details of how the awards are perceived. You also need some third party secondary sources to establish the notability of the event (so far all the sources are to the event site itself) and the Voting/Award category sections need sourcing too.
