Икона Богоматери Одигитрии
[edit]I have a question. How does one translate Икона Богоматери Одигитрии? Is it Theotokos Odigitria, or Our Lady Guide of Wayfarers? I am not sure, so I left the Russian name of the icon in the article. If you know the right name in English, please correct it (you could leave the Russian name in brackets next to it). Thanx. - Not sure what you're asking here, so forgive me if I'm teaching you to suck eggs when I say that the cyrillic could be transliterated as "ikona bogomateri odigitri" (the first g in the second word might be pronounced as v). Does that help? PeteVerdon 14:55, 14 March 2006 (UTC)
