[edit]Madman bot left the following message on my talk page immediately after creating this article:
This is an automated message from MadmanBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Arya Stark (A Song of Ice and Fire), and it appears to include material copied directly from http://sharetv.com/shows/game_of_thrones/cast/arya_stark.
It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.
If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. The current version of Arya's story was largely added in this entry:

There is extra content that is not on the alleged source. I would suggest that the alleged source has taken its material from List of a Song of Ice and Fire characters and not the other way round. Op47 (talk) 21:43, 15 December 2013 (UTC)

- Histmerge the edit history of Arya Stark shows merger into the character list, split out again, remerged. There is no overlapping history between the two pages. -- 70.50.148.248 (talk) 23:41, 2 February 2014 (UTC)

[edit]We may be able to use the content if the Fan Wiki's content license allows, something like http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/ would allow us to use the content (if we attribute it). Could somebody link me to the specific wiki so I could check it out? Ging287 (talk) 18:03, 11 April 2014 (UTC)
- I've attributed it. (At the bottom). Cheers. Ging287 (talk) 18:17, 11 April 2014 (UTC)
- I still feel that the content should be overhauled and cut down since it is all plot summary. And are you comfortable linking to that fansite as a source? Right now, the vast majority of the sources for this article link back to pages from that site. Rocksey (talk) 18:25, 11 April 2014 (UTC)
- Go ahead with it. I've got no problems with you omitting some of the redundant bits and cutting down on the plot. (Just wanted to save the copy and attribute it since we CAN use it. Ah, open source licenses.) For the linking to a Wikia...reliable sources need to be indicated, but it's hard to do that when it's a television show and a book, since often there aren't that many reliable sources (since everybody knows what happens.) out-of-character actor image
[edit]Because using out-of-character actor photos as illustrations of characters makes no sense, I have removed the OOC actor photo. Copyright-free images of either a drawing/illustration of the character or of the actor in character - if they can be found/acquired - would be very welcome additions to the article.--TyrS 00:35, 1 July 2014 (UTC)
Dead or alive?
[edit]Seems to me she's done with training and is nobody now, last seen wearing Arya Stark's face. Oddly, the reviews seem to gloss over this death, probably because it was painless and fearless. Maybe I saw something that didn't actually happen. Or she was lying about who she was. Sounded confident. Anybody see anything definitive out there? Either way, an update is probably in order here. InedibleHulk (talk) 08:26, 10 May 2016 (UTC)
- False alarm. Drinking that funky water from a black cup brings the Stranger's mercy. She drank from a white cup, which apparently cures blindness. Makes no sense from a dualism standpoint (white cups should resurrect), but it does move the plot forward, so I guess it's OK. InedibleHulk (talk) 00:28, 9 June 2016 (UTC)
- But now we're dealing with a white horse that didn't advance the plot. Or maybe it did, and most viewers went blind. If Jaqen helped her into her cups, would she help Jaqen off his horse? InedibleHulk (talk) 19:40, 24 May 2019 (UTC)

Family Tree
[edit]The family tree needs to be updated to show the true heritage of Jon Snow. — Preceding unsigned comment added by The Darth Vader 2187 (talk • contribs) 03:20, 28 April 2019 (UTC)
Plot point/question
[edit]Throughout the series it was shown that extreme freezing temperatures precede and surround the white walkers. In the final moments of Season 8, Episode 3 (spoiler alert!) Arya kills the Night King - but he has grabbed her hand and neck. Arya is in direct contact with the Night King. Would she not have frozen instantly? She retained such flexibility to drop the dagger, catch it with her other hand, then stab the King? Perhaps she will be shown to be damaged in Episode 4? Perhaps, since she is from the North, she has a certain immunity against cold? (no sources...) Bdushaw (talk) 22:40, 30 April 2019 (UTC)
