This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because it does not meet the criteria for deletion for the reasons that follow. It is a unique resource in that it combines an original description of the award and who it is awarded by, and compiles in a single list all winners to date. The PDF referenced in the Speedy Deletion comment is not a complete list, does not have all winners in chronological order, and does not describe the award nor the awarding party.
