Looks like a press release

[edit]

The last part is not very enciclopedic, is it?

Further information

[edit]

Should not some mention be made of his full name: Archibald Leman Cochrane and perhaps his background. As someone whose name lives on, in what in the opinion of some is one the most important independent medical collaborations, I think he desrerves more than this article which is barely more than a stub. 83.160.198.125 (talk) 01:21, 24 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I rewrote parts of the article and added some citations. Hopefully this should address some of the requests and therefore I removed the tag for more references needed. Petertrussell (talk) 18:31, 9 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I work for Special Collections and Archives, Cardiff University - the University's Archie Cochrane Library holds Archie Cochrane's personal papers. I'd like to add an external link to the University's resource page for this collection in order to help researchers locate this material, but am aware this may be perceived as a conflict of interest due to my employment. If someone can add the content below, or give me the ok to add it, that would be great. Thanks!

The Archie Cochrane archive is housed at the Archie Cochrane Library at University Hospital Llandough, Cardiff University. Darkivist (talk) 09:12, 10 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Done, but it was already there, albeit with slightly differing wording.--TedColes (talk) 16:09, 10 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.
