This article could use a more compelling lead that gets into the details of what archaeology of China entails (see Archaeology of Greece article for reference). There are also numerous grammatical errors throughout the article that disturbs the flow of the read, and the article could also use a new organizational structure. For example, the "History" section seems to be very specific and does not establish how the history of archaeology in China has led up to present-day archaeology (nor does it address a time gap in archaeology, if there was one). I also think that a "timeline" type of organization (see Archaeology of Greece article for reference), whether it be by discoveries belonging to specific dynasties or by a timeline of discoveries, would be beneficial in making the information readable.
