Contested deletion
[edit]Contesting speedy deletion. ARA has been a noteworthy research and engineering firm for (I believe) decades. Typing "Applied Research Associates" into Google Books produces over 15,000 results, which I believe speaks to some degree of significance. I will endeavor to expand the article. --PvOberstein (talk) 17:33, 4 April 2018 (UTC)
- None of the sources are about this company. They all mention it in passing. Natureium (talk) 17:34, 4 April 2018 (UTC)
- I believe that a company that is critical to the development of various cutting-edge military equipment projects is credibly significant. I will try to find more information focusing on ARA itself, but as it appears to be a mix of the RAND Corporation and more conventional defense contractors, I do not believe that it is so obviously irrelevant that it must be speedily deleted.
