Articles should be merged
[edit]This article should be merged with ilama which is Annona macroprophyllata. For some reason it was coasting for several years under the outdated binomial of Annona diversifolia. PametUGlavu (talk) 15:22, 2 July 2022 (UTC)
- @PametUGlavu:, thanks, I'll keep it in mind and maybe eventually get around to merging it. There were separate articles for the fruits of several Annona species and the plants that produce the fruit. Sugar-apple and Annona squamosa still have separate articles as does Custard apple and Annona reticulata. Annona muricata and Annona cherimola have been merged to the common name for their fruits but were separate articles for many years. Plantdrew (talk) 15:45, 21 July 2022 (UTC)
- These articles each discuss the fruit and the tree, and both have taxoboxes. One is lacking sources. I think a merge is due. awkwafaba (📥) 04:27, 7 August 2024 (UTC)
- Merger complete. Klbrain (talk) 21:10, 31 October 2024 (UTC)
