Page needs to be moved
[edit]I have noticed that pages on most of the districts of Orissa,India are redundant. For example, the pages on Rayagada and Angul exist under titles 'Rayagada' and 'Rayagada District' and likewise for Angul as well. I would appreciate if anyone with the administrative rights consider merging the articles. Rayagada and Rayagada District Pages can be merged as they refer to the same place. Likewise the pages of Angul and Angul District. Bvgsrs 13:53, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
I have modified and structured the article. If you have any comments and suggestions on the article content do let me know the same. Bvgsrs 11:04, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
- Hi Bvgsrs. The page titled Angul is a disambiguation page with references to (amongst others) the articles Angul District, and Angul, India. Both these seem to deal with Angul district, however, with the latter being a stub article. As such, I suggest merging Angul, India into Angul District, and leaving the disambiguation article Angul intact. I'll be happy to take care of this for you, if you want. Please note that you do not need administrative rights in order to merge or move articles. —XhantarTalk 12:21, 25 January 2007 (UTC)
Note: {{WP India}} Project Banner with Orissa workgroup parameters was added to this article talk page because the article falls under Category:Orissa or its subcategories. Should you feel this addition is inappropriate , please undo my changes and update/remove the relavent categories to the article -- Amartyabag TALK2ME 07:08, 3 July 2008 (UTC)
