Merged to Brooks + Scarpa
[edit]I've taken the bold move of merging the content on this page to Brooks + Scarpa: I couldn't find in-depth coverage in multiple, reliable third-party sources, and as such I conclude that the article fails the general notability guideline. If the article is recreated, I'll take it to AfD to seek consensus for either a merge or recreation. --Slashme (talk) 19:15, 26 August 2017 (UTC)
- Suggest you take that course then, the article about her husband has much more PUFF. She is a multi award winner and known as a sustainable design expert. Sionk (talk) 00:19, 27 August 2017 (UTC)
OK, I reviewed the source list with an open mind, and I now agree that she actually is notable. For reference:
- Rosenfeld 2014 - All about the firm; doesn't discuss Brooks in detail at all.
- Livable places website - Doesn't seem to mention her at all.
- Thornburg 2009 - Quotes her a few times. Doesn't say much about her as a person except that she spearheaded the design.
- Stang 2006 - Quotes her once. Definitely a "passing mention".
- Stang 2005 - Discusses one of her projects at length; probably meets the standard.
- Adler 2007 - Discusses one of her projects in some detail and quotes her a few times; might come close to meeting the standard?
- Residential Architect 2009 - No more than three lines mentioning her winning a prize in a long list of other winners.
- USA Network Press Release - Mentions her as one of the prizewinners.
- Goldman 2010 - Discusses her work in some detail
