Need an alternate, reliable source

I'll go through my library and see what books I can find for it, but we need an alternate source for the data from the Rutherford Historical wordpress pages. They say that Todd cast the deciding vote for suffrage, but the story of Harry Burn of McMinn County is pretty well known. So if anyone has an alternate source for the info covered by that source, please update the citations. OIM20 (talk) 06:48, 28 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
