State of Mississippi lawsuit
[edit]This is probably a pretty significant item to add to the article, but the contribution from the IP implied that it was the lawsuit that had "forced the firm into insolvency." The lawsuit was settled in 2001, three years prior to AMS's sale, so that doesn't square with the history. Under any circumstances, we need to cite anything that makes such sweeping claims about the company. Future edits regarding the lawsuit or the company's fate are welcome provided they come with citations. -Tjarrett (talk) 14:59, 4 September 2008 (UTC)
