A "seax" is an ancient knife = which is where I stole the infomation box from before I (incompletely) changed it to be useful for this article. I must be less fallible! Victuallers (talk) 10:17, 6 February 2011 (UTC)
Perhaps not H. amphibamus
[edit]It might have been either of the extinct species Hippopotamus antiquus, hippopotamus major or Hippopotamus gorgops, which lived in the British isles, unlike amphibamus. FunkMonk (talk) 11:07, 4 September 2011 (UTC)
