As the page appears now, there's no mention of where the artist spent the period of WWII, indeed the entire 1940s and 1950s. A rather conspicuous absence, of possible significance? -- Deborahjay (talk) 13:15, 7 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Confusion of place names and areas in Majorca, Spain
This sentence does not make sense: "In 1963, he moved to the Balearic Islands, to Cala San Vicente then to Majorca, to the village of Pollença, Palma, Spain."
I am not familiar with the biographical facts, but the places I do know: Cala San Vicente lies on the north-west coast of Majorca, one of the Balearic Islands in Spain. Cala San Vicente is only a few miles from Pollença. The city of Palma de Mallorca, on the other hand, is on the south coast of the island, nowhere near Pollença. Could someone who is familiar with the biographical sources please check and correct the facts? Did he move first to Cala San Vicente near Pollença, then to Palma de Mallorca?
