Notably question

[edit]

@Hemiauchenia: thank you for the notability tag. It's a good question. I've noticed other articles about figures with fewer interviews and book reviews than Khramov has, but I'll look into the criteria more closely and be glad for whatever decision is made. I should be more aware of what the notability criteria involve. Jjhake (talk) 19:05, 21 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

WP:PROF and WP:NAUTHOR are two different notability guidelines. It's possible that he fails the former but passes the latter, in which case he would be notable. I haven't analysed the latter case in detail. Hemiauchenia (talk) 20:57, 21 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, clearly not WP:PROF but possibly WP:NAUTHOR. There are several articles about each of his first two books, Катехизис национал-демократа (2011) and Обезьяна и Адам (2019), which are on two very different topics. With language limitations, especially, I'm not really equipped to evaluate the material very well, but I'm curious and will keep looking into it a little as long as it's an open question. If anyone is better equipped and better informed, I'm glad to defer. Jjhake (talk) 02:32, 22 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Hemiauchenia: would you please review the notability tag again that you placed on this article as I have since done more work with some sources related to a couple different areas of work by Khramov? Feedback appreciated regarding remaining questions. Jjhake (talk) 22:29, 26 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, it seems that the article should meet general notability criteria as it has been moved into draft and then reviewed by a member WikiProject Articles for creation (after some improvements). I'll remove that notability cleanup tag, but please update here if questions remain and it should go back in place (or have some other more specific cleanup tag in place). verifiability and general notability
