Joyce might not be flavour of the month but the last clause in "2016-2017 Company Restructuring" para is perhaps overly emotive, and the referenced source [20] hardly strikes me as a reputable well-recognised source - more like a partisan vent of spleen. 14.2.91.191 (talk) 23:32, 7 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose. It's debatable whether or not one is more notable than the other - I guess it depends on what circles you move in. Both are retired. Also, you've neglected to put a WP:RM move template on the Alan Joyce article. BastunĖġáḍβáś₮ŭŃ!12:26, 10 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
What about the pageviews? Also I can find much more on Google about the businessperson instead of the footballer.
“I guess it depends on what circles you move in.” and “you've neglected to put a WP:RM move template on the Alan Joyce article” are not valid arguments based on guidelines. Killarnee (talk) 02:09, 18 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Support the businessman has 2,007 views compared with only 235[[1]] for the footballer so if there is a primary topic by usage it is the businessman but a DAB may be the best choice. Crouch, Swale (talk) 19:44, 18 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
