1931 census
[edit]It seems as if Khalidi only has counted Ashrafiyat Abd el Hadi in the 1931 census, he notes 48 Muslims in 11 houses, Huldra (talk) 23:10, 5 April 2017 (UTC)
- This a bit mysterious. Khalidi has "Ashrafiyat Abd el Hadi" in his section heading, but Census 1931 has "Ashrafiyat Abd el Hadi", "Ashrafiyat Haddad", "Ashrafiyat Kazma" and "Ashrafiyat Zamriq". It would be nice to have a source that explains the relation between these four places. Here is what I have found so far on maps: at 1946/2085 is the village "Ashrafiyet 'Abdulhadi". 1km to the east is a plot "'Abdulhadi Farm". 1.5km to the east is a plot "Haddad Farm". 1.8km to the NE is a plot "Zamriq Farm". I can't see a Kazma Farm anywhere so I'm not sure it is also in this cluster. Franzman's thesis lists them all together and adds the population and houses. Zerotalk 04:07, 6 April 2017 (UTC)
