[edit]This article should not be merged with the article of Lord Murukan. Shiva and Rudra, too, have their separate entries. Although many Hindus believe that Ahmuvan is Lord Murukan (as they, too, believe that Shiva is Rudra), such a statement would require studies that would support this.
- Agreed. It is well known that the basis of Hinduism is unity, and many of the Gods are aspects of other deities. To take it even further, all are aspects of Paramaatma, but for the purposes of studying the Gods, it is not necessary to form so many conglomerations.
