Should we be using the template {{officeholder}} (OH) for a deputy minister position such as this? The main infobox template {{Infobox people}} is not listed in at the top of OH's documentation. Although both templates "work" together, I am wondering if using the OH one is appropriate. If it is, then maybe it should be tweaked using |term_start= and |term_end= since Farhadi is no longer a deputy minister.
