No freedom of panorama in UAE
The freedom of panorama in United Arab Emirates does not exist. Therefore, photos taken in UAE should not be uploaded in Commons. Why not tagged File:The Address Downtown Dubai Flickr.jpg as FFD instead? --George Ho (talk) 05:19, 4 January 2016 (UTC)
- The full-size image is okay as long as its uploaded locally and tagged {{Do not copy to Commons}}. English Wikipedia allows foreign buildings to be uploaded under U.S. copyright law in regards to FOP, which dictates that photographic reproductions of architectural works are not subject to its copyright.
