[edit]Strong Keep- This is the first article i've written, but i read the guidlines for deletion and arguementation, so here is my case. If I'm doing this wrong, could someone tell me?
1. What is cited is notability. Yet, that is all that is cited, and that is supposed to be avoided as per the arguements to avoid went debating deletion.
2. I feel that Mr. Fletcher is notable because has written numerous widely read works and articles, and has been interviewed for his work on the internet and on radio. But what stands out to me most in regards to Mr. Fletcher is that he was invited to speak at a United Nations convention as well as by the Association of American School Boards and the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
3. He meets the criterion in the WP:BIO of "The person made a widely recognized contribution that is part of the enduring historical record in their specific field". Adam Fletcher has been active from the beginning of the rejuvination of the Yout Rights Movement. Recent History has not yet been recorded, but he leads TWO leading projects in the field(SoundOut and FreeChild) and is on the Board of Advisors of the National Youth Rights Association, beside such people as the President of the ACLU. He is part of a living, growing historical record
4. He also meet the guideline "Published authors, editors and photographers who received multiple independent reviews of or awards for their work.". His works have been cited in 11 Published works, including the School Library Journal. His project, the FreeChild project, has also received two awards for their quality
5. He meets the alternative Future Speculation test. 100 years from now, the youth rights movement will either have mets its goals or have continued fighting. But no DOUBT is that by then numerous books will have been published on it. I can show this by pointing to the numerous books on the SDS and on the Student movement of the Great Depression. The main problem with writing about the American Youth Congressis that not enough documentation on the people exists. Thusly, this will prove valueable by providing that documentation
6. He has been cited and praised by numerous Scholars and Politicians, such as Sen. Harris Wafford, and Henry Giroux, as well as having been published in several upstanding newpapers and academic journals, such as the School Library Journal and the St. Louis Dispatch. His importance and expertise is undeniable

Having met my burden of proof, i would challenge detractors to provide solid reasons to get rid of this article. I don't know if i remove the notability thing though.
